William Benjamin "Shorty" Fuller (October 10, 1867 in Cincinnati, Ohio - April 11, 1904 in Cincinnati, Ohio), was a professional baseball player who played infielder in the Major Leagues from 1888-1896. He would play for the St. Louis Browns, New York Giants, and Washington Nationals. His brother, Harry Fuller, also played professional baseball.
